“Woke up one morning to no hot water. Never having an issue with the water heater before and not familiar with repair, I called Kbeck and was added to their schedule for that same day. In the meantime I watched a YouTube video on relighting the pilot light and to my luck it lit right up. I waited a couple of hours and checked the water temp and still no hot water. Leave it to the professionals. Kbeck arrived at the appointment time and had to replace the pilot assembly.Plus they have an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.“

He easily fixed the problem and also helped with my thermostat.I wanted to upgrade my thermostat to a WIFI one and the previous electrician had no idea how to re-wire it. Shawn solved the problem by identifying the C-wire and connecting it to my WIFI thermostat.... and effectively did it in less than 10 minutes.If ever anyone needs an electrician or HVAC guy, he's the one. “Our 15+ year old wall heater gave out. Called 4 Seasons Heating and Air. They came out and gave us an estimate to replace it that was right in line with several other places that we had gotten quotes from. One thing they didn't do is try to add to the cost by trying to convince us to tear out part of our wall, or to change out the exhaust pipe (both things other places had told us we had to do) that after some sleuthing online I realized was not necessary. They were responsive and easy to schedule with, came when they said they were going to, did the repair with no muss no fuss. The heater looks good, and works great. Would use them again.“

“Same day got our furnace working immediately. Unfortunately for me they recognize the age of the furnace was a huge issue and would likely need to be replaced in the near term. But the repair person was very knowledgeable and got the furnace working. This was a Home warranty call and they immediately contacted me and got me on the schedule relatively quickly.“
“The guys came out were punctual, respectful and got the job done. We had two technicians one for the hvac and one for the water heater. We had no issues and wanted them servicing so we can keep our only 2 year old system working well. We decided to get their maintenance plan which is roughly the same cost as a yearly service for all but you get added benefits of quick response due to breakdown and discounts on parts and labour if needed. Cannot recommend these guys more.“
“Excellent service and employees. We recently had out entire heating system circa 1972 (yes, 1972) updated by Bell Brothers and we couldn't be happier. We are a family with four small children ages 1-6 years old, and we now have a safe and efficient heating system, and well... a warm house.Having recently purchased this old house, we knew that we would inevitably have to replace our furnace. So when it stopped working a few weeks ago, we thought we could hire Bell Brothers (who came highly recommended by my father-in-law who at 75 years old had knowledge of this good company for years and years) to simply light the pilot light. Our service tech Ruben came out and knew everything about our relic furnace, and did exactly what we asked and relit the pilot. Not pushy with sales at at all, which we really appreciated, he pointed out that there was ASBESTOS TAPE in plain view! Yes, ASBESTOS. In. Our. Hallway. We asked for his advice on everything, and he pointed out all the options available to us from simply removing/replacing the cancer-causing tape, to renovating our entire heating system and ductwork. As we made it clear we didn't have the funds for a major renovation, he was very considerate and logical explaining how projects could be broken down in matter of importance as far as what we needed/wanted done. We learned that our ducts had no insulation, our entire house had no insulation, our 1972 heater was simply turning on full blast and energy was being wasted on heating the old sheet metal ducts as well as going out of the house with no insulation. Basically, our $450 montly PG&E bill and freezing house was starting to make sense. He made a call and within an hour, Jonathan came by to explain the options in detail.Jonathan was the best salesperson we could have asked for. He was polite, professional, and seemed to really care about our budget and needs. He explained every option of what we could/should replace, and every option of pricing for said service/product. That morning, we went from wanting to only spending money on lighting the pilot, to happily purchasing a new furnace, new ducts, insulation in our attic, and an AC coil for the future if/when we (or or future homeowners of this house) decide to get AC. We learned that Bell Brothers had financing which is really what made this possible for us. Jonathan connected us with a asbestos removal company, ERI, and Bell Brothers and ERI worked together seamlessly so we could get our project complete.Within a few days, ERI came out and safely cleared away the asbestos, and Bell Brothers started their work the next day! The installation dream team consisted of Noemi, Abe, and Mojen, and they were amazing! They were professional and friendly, and worked nonstop to get the job done over the course of two days.Lastly, the insulation team was really great and got their job done in 1-2 hours!! By the end of day two, our house was insulated and effectively heated. The Bell Brothers installation team swept up every bit of debris from their work, and after everyone left, it was as if nobody had even been there in regard to things being clean and organized.In a nutshell, what used to take hours of the heater running only to have the house cold immediately after the heater was shut off, we can now run our heater for 5-10 minutes (yes, 5-10 minutes) and have a warm house for the entire night. We called Bell Brothers on a Thursday morning about the pilot light, and by Thursday afternoon the following week we had an entirely new heating system that we couldn't be happier with. We highly recommend Bell Brothers for your HVAC needs, and we look forward to calling them in the near future for AC! Thanks, BB for everything.“
