We worked out the contract in detail, it took two weeks for a new AC install (my home did lot previously have an AC), they didn’t communicate very well along the way, but did exactly what we agreed to before the job started. The price was quite a bit less than other estimates.

If you need to track details, try to review your contract and have trust. Also, take the time to ask for clarification about the details of the contract before the job starts since AJ who worked out the contract was able to answer my questions thoroughly, but was never on site.
