What a hidden gem! When you first walk in, it's a cozy little spot and it fits up to 4 techs. It was clean and you can see the types of polishes they have on the wall. I chose to come here cause my place is closed for 2 weeks but after the service I got, I think im going to have to switch salons! The ladies are super friendly. My tech was Zoey and she was super nice. She was very meticulous with working on my nails. They do take their time to make sure everything is done correctly. The tools feel clean and that they sanitize every thing really well. I had builder gel done and my nails look so good! She removed my old set and Omgsh, I was embarrassed on how it looked! The materials they use there are quality product . She took her time and even tho it's pricier than what I typically get, I think this will be my new nail place. They've just opened for 5 months and I can tell they have an influx of customers cause of their quality work. Can't wait for my next set!
My 14 year old daughter enjoys her vocal lessons here! Her confidence and technique have improved so much. The teacher is encouraging and knows how to bring out her best. We enjoy the recitals too. Highly recommend!

Music together has been such a bright spot for our family, and Rana is the reason. She is PURE MAGIC. From the second class starts, she has each kid (and adult) completely engaged with her warmth and energy. She brings so much joy to the room and you can tell she genuinely cares for each child. My toddler has been going since she was a baby and every week she leaves happier, no humming and singing the songs on the drive home. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign to sign up!

Today was my first visit to this wellness center, and I'm already planning to return! I took advantage of an introductory offer for a T-Shape 2 treatment. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the wellness options available. Alyssa, in particular, was very impressive. She provided a thorough explanation of cryotherapy, red light therapy, the 4D massage, and various recovery options, all scientifically supported by her degree in kinesiology. The T-Shape 2 experience was tailored to suit my preference and I'm excited to see how it evolves . The aestheticians were also very welcoming, and the 20-minute face and neck "tightening" experience was pleasant and comfortable. I purchased a 6-treatment plan that includes two or three of the other modalities. I will certainly add to this review after completion.

At the same appointment, he gave me a great haircut - I have very straight asian hair, which can be very uncooperative. I did came back for a highlight touch-up and he did a seamless job in patching things up. He is also very personable, and my appointments have been very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic first experience as a brand new customer! Im rather shy so when I walked in and saw both women busy I just took a seat. I scheduled my appointment online ahead of time too. It was a few minutes after my scheduled time when I was helped but thats perfectly fine as they were not rushing their last client. I haven't gotten my haircut in a long time due to excessive hairloss so I was pretty nervous. But she did everything I was looking for! She shaped my face, cut my edges and made sure multiple times that it was symmetrical and looked right for all angles. I am more than pleased as this was the best hair cutting experience Ive had in the last 3 years.
Jane is great! Her studio is very clean. I got a perm and a two block haircut for the first time, and am very happy with them. As she cut and permed my hair, she would let me know what she was doing which helped me feel more comfortable with the process. Additionally, at the end, she showed me how to style my hair, based on the photo reference I provided. I'm very satisfied with the result! I'll definitely be coming back.

Nancy did a great job and had a lot of attention to detail. I appreciated that she was gentle and didn’t cut the cuticles too much. One or two nails did have some tiny bubbles and my thumbs nails were slightly different lengths. However, if you’re not a perfectionist this place is great. A perk was that she also fixed my broken nail with an acrylic and put a strengthening base on another nail that was cracking! Overall I had a good experience, one of the better nail salons in Danville/San Ramon.

I have been looking for a really good salon in San Ramon and have FINALLY found one!! I had the best experience here today. My dip powder manicure came out even better than I could have hoped, and my pedicure is flawless. I can’t go without mentioning how relaxing the experience was, plus I was out in a little more than an hour but didn’t feel rushed at all. My new monthly spot!
Fast and knowledgeable nail techs that can do great work, are speedy, but precise. May was fantastic. I bite my nails and am always more difficult because my nail beds are so short. She still did a set on me and not a problem for May, she did a beautiful job and nothing has lifted at all yet! Thanks for the grade A work! I shall be back :)

This review is long overdue. I’ve been seeing Kailey for 9 years (had to look that up!) and really can’t believe it - she’s the best! Kailey is professional, keeps a clean, calm, and safe space. She’s respectful of your time and will text you in advance on the rare occasion that she’s running late. I mention all this first because I’ve had horrible experience elsewhere in the past.
Her pictures go without saying- the lashes look great! Your lashes but BETTER. She really listens to you and will be honest if what you’re trying to achieve isn’t possible or if another style would be fun to try or even look more ideal with your eye lash anatomy. I get my fills every 3 weeks (I think the typical is 2-ish) because I get good lash retention following her easy lash care instructions. My lashes have gone through a lot — vacations, sat in hot saunas, typhoons (I know right), weddings, tears and always look great. I’m one happy customer :)

I contacted VIP plumbing because my tankless water heater has error message 11 and stop working. The owner Vince immediately picked up the phone and showed up at the same day. When he came he just told me that clean it will fix the problem without even looking at the my heater. He is so honest and professional. And the fee for one hour cleaning is very fair and reasonable. Unlike the other guy from other company who trying to sell me a brand new water heater, Vince opened my heater and check everything, telling me that the part looks good, no need to replace the new heater which will cost me thousands of dollars. The whole process is smooth and he is very experienced with the job he is doing. Highly recommended to the other people.

Very professional and excellent service done by Mr Sarkany of Snell Electric. No beating around the bush , he explained to us what needed to be done when we needed a new converter box. We appreciate him coming over all the way from the East Bay to the Peninsula at such short notice. Set up a temp fix while waiting for the necessary permits and had the new converter box in place quick when they were issued. All the time we were treated in a professional manner and straight forward great service. We had our final inspection done yesterday and everything is a go from PGE and the city. I am a Realtor so I have the opportunity to hire the same Vendors over and over again which gives you a much better overall understanding of the quality of a vendor's work over the long term. Kevin is my absolute #1 favorite go-to Electrician. He has not only replaced the electrical panel at my own personal house, but in several others that were needed by my clients. His prices are excellent and he shows up when he says he will and does exactly as he promises to do.
But I am also reviewing KR Electric because something happened today that I was a witness to and I think it demonstrates the kind of ethical and caring person he is. There was a car accident on Hwy 680 where a teenage boy spun out and wrecked his truck, and Kevin stopped to help even though he was not involved. Not only did Kevin prevent this kid from getting struck by another vehicle, but he also assisted in calling for help and even gave a hug to this complete stranger who was crying and completely freaked out.
I don't know about you, but that is the kind of contractor that I want to hire to work on my jobs and in my own house.

Heater stopped working. James came out shortly after (same day), replaced our heater's gas valve, and got the unit back in working order within a couple hours. Will use them again for HVAC or other appliance needs.

Tammy is very helpful in setting up appointments, and they have consistently been able to safely clean our loop carpeting, without pulling the loops out. Jerry is very knowledgeable about what he does, and is a pleasure to know. We also recently had our large, beige colored sectional sofa cleaned, and it looks like new! Highly recommend these nice folks.
I have cats in my house and as you may know they shed a lot of hair and they all accumulate on the carpets in my house which are quite large, I have been hiring this company for 3 months and they are very responsible and professional, they always leave the carpets in my house impeccable, if you have pets at home I recommend them 100%.

We are retuning customers of K2 Flooring in San Ramon. We had new carpets fitted a couple of years ago in our bedrooms and they did an outstanding job. We are now having hardwood floors done by them throughout the house. The attention to detail, care and consideration are amazing. If you want any floor work done, we highly recommend them.

Agree with the previous 5 reviews! We recently used Scott for a remodel. I feel like we did some of everything- plumbing, electrical, flooring, stucco, texture, paint, counters/tile, cabinets, etc. Scott and his team were great! They did quality work and the work was done timely. It was clear that the sub contractors he uses respect him and liked working with him so he was able to get us on their schedule to prevent significant downtime during our construction and any issues (all of which were minor) were resolved timely and to our satisfaction. Scott was responsive throughout the job. The quote he provided in the beginning was comprehensive and thorough meaning we didn't run into a bunch of unforeseen/extra/hidden costs. Scott made helpful suggestions on the construction plans that made all the difference and resulted in the the remodel turning out even better than we expected.
When we started to plan building our shade structure we were working with a different contractor and thank god Thomas agreed to look at the project for us. He managed to get our plans through the approval process and turned our project into a reality that we never could have achieved without him and his amazing team. I’m so glad to have found EPB and I look forward to future projects with them.
Black Diamond Pavers gave us a really attractive and well-built patio and walkway with which we are thrilled. The walkway especially elevated the side yard from a rocky and mulchy mess to a clean entry and walkway to the back yard. It really has made a difference in our experience using these areas that were hard to enjoy or walk around. We no longer track muck or sticky tree fruits through our sunroom which is huge!
We love it and are grateful for the installation team for doing a really good job, especially with troubleshooting the strangeness of some aspects of the areas they pavered.
There were some things that didn't go as expected, but, the company did their best to rectify which made up for it. Peter takes clients' satisfaction seriously! The issues weren't anything to do with the quality of installation or the end result, either.
We think installation was done really well, and customer service is great, so all in all 5 stars is warranted!
Dana Lund Landscaping did an absolutely fantastic job with our landscaping remodel. We had both the front and back yard completely changed with a focus on reducing our lawn area and increasing our planting areas. The design process was very collaborative and creative. The scope included both soft scaping for plants and hard scaping for walkways and patio area. Frans was our principle contact and he has a fantastic knowledge of plants and helped select the right plants to place according to our liking and appropriate to the sun, soil, and environmental conditions. Also a key point is that they had their team on the job every day from the day-one start to the end of the job with no gaps or delays. Every day they showed up on time / even early, and worked a full day without fail. If you are considering landscaping work I recommend them highly.
We wanted to freshen up our existing landscaping which was okay but needed some more color and dimension. Joel came to our house to see what we had, asked us what we had in mind and made suggestions. Joel suggested that we go to Devil Mountain Nursery to look for things we liked. Devil Mountain has an overwhelming selection of plants and trees so we walked around and took pictures of things we liked and sent them to Joel. Joel came back to our house to go over what we would remove, what we would add and placement. Joel incorporated our choices, made recommendations and placed things where they would best grow. Joel and his crew did a great job trimming and pruning our existing landscaping that we kept and installing all of the new plants including a new lawn.

I have a number of rare and unusual health conditions and Dr. Merritt has been more knowledgeable and helpful than many of my specialists including pain management doctors. Dr. Merritt took the time to get a full picture of my health and come up with a plan to help me feel better. She even figured out why I was having leg numbness when highly acclaimed pain management doctors could not, despite their extensive diagnostic testing. Dr. Merritt recommended a simple stretch and it eliminated the numbness, saving me from having a nerve burning procedure (radiofrequency ablation) done. She also recommended a series of exercises for a herniated disc, meaning I didn't need a steroid epidural.
Because she is always seeking knowledge about the human body and mind, Dr. Merritt is more than a traditional chiropractor. She is like a chiropractor, massage therapist, body worker, physical therapist, nutritional counselor, and life coach all rolled into one.

I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.

He is very caring. I would recommend his mobile service too family and friends. We had to put our beloved dog down he was suffering from cancer. The process was very peaceful and he left us in his home. The Doctor was very sympathetic to our needs. Truly a wonderful professional person and veterinarian.

I cannot recommend Joann at California Lymphatic Massge enough. I went to see her for 4 lymphatic drainage massages following a deep plane neck and lower face lift. Joann specializes in post surgical care and really understandable how to work with healing tissue safely and effectively.
From the first session, the treatments were gentle and pain free. Over the course of 4 sessions, I saw a drastic reduction of both swelling and bruising, as shown in the photos (day 6 was before massage, day 8 after 1 session, and day 11 after 3 sessions). It was truly remarkable to see the changes in such a short time! I credit Joann to drastically accelerating my recovery process and reducing the time after surgery it took to become presentable again.
I wanted to add, Joann's pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to others in the area.
After 9 years of searching for pain relief, I found Chris. I had a complex medial meniscus tear in 2016 and have had about 5-6 rounds of PT over the years. I was not able to be as active as I once was and the inability to ever bear full weight on that knee resulted in problems with flexibility & mobility. I was unable to play tennis as the twisting motions and running were too painful. After 8 sessions with Chris, I am able to bear full weight, play tennis, and walk again without pain! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping you to get integrated in your body again. You really don't realize how much of an impact that an injury can have on your entire body becoming dysfunctional as they become your norm. I cannot thank Chris enough for his help!

I walked out feeling like a new person—light, refreshed, and finally tension-free. My soreness was practically gone (80% better instantly!), and I’m already counting down the days until my next session.

Had a great experience here. Stacy was polite, welcoming, and accommodating to my walk-in. She struck just the right balance in conversation — warm, simple, and not overly chatty. The space itself is minimalistic but very clean.
My session ran about 1 hour 15 minutes instead of the scheduled hour, and I never felt rushed. Stacy speaks English clearly, which made it easy to explain the areas I wanted her to focus on and the exact pressure I needed. As other reviewers have said, she’s surprisingly strong — in a good way!
I’ll definitely be back. The only caveat: although Google lists opening time as 10am, the place may be closed in the morning unless you call ahead, so it’s best to check before going.

Lots of options for appointments. I’ve found a great therapist there (Melissa), and she listens to me before our session and checks on the pressure level. It’s convenient to the interstate and has lots of parking.
I had extreme pain in my big toe. I tried 8 construction acupuncture. I got big relief after 3 sessions. Dr Seoung is very calm and had great patience and provided right guidance. Now im continuing the treatment for digestive issues.
Dr. He is great! My neck was so stiff and in pain at a point where I can barely turn when driving. My head feels heavy all the time. A friend of mine recommended Dr. He. After a few session with her, my neck started to feel better and sleep better as well. I am able to turn my neck without any issues.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BETTER!! Humorous but apropos. Whether you believe (1) that there is an invisible chi force that the needles align in balance or (2) the needles work to physically release the tension in the muscles (which, I'm more inclined to believe): the effect is undeniable. I've seen Rita 5 times now and my muscles are so much more pliable and now stretching easily releases the muscle tension. Pain free and flexible movement as a 50+ year old - YAY!As to Rita herself, she is not only completely professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, she was born with a healthy dose of empathy so she genuinely cares for her patients. This is NOT a patient mill like other places. And the office and the building are serene with a woodsy surrounding - so conducive to the vibe.
Nothing but great things to say about East Bay Driving School. Abraham is the BEST; from our daughter’s very first lesson with him, she raved about how patient he was and how he made the entire experience fun. She passed with flying colors just the other day! We are really hoping Abraham is still teaching in a couple years when our youngest gets her permit!

I had a great experience taking adult driving lessons with All Season Driving School. My instructor Bhavesh was very professional and paid close attention to detail, which really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. We practiced extensively around the DMV test routes, which made me feel well-prepared for the actual test.
The car used for driving lessons was clean and well maintained. All Season was also very accommodating with scheduling—especially offering weekend practice sessions, which worked perfectly with my availability. On top of that, their rates were more affordable compared to other driving schools, making it excellent value for the quality of services provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend All Season Driving School to anyone looking for thorough, flexible, and professional driving lessons.
