I needed a beard trim before a very busy, important weekend but, as I usually do, I waited until Friday morning to try to figure it all out. It's so hard to find a good beard trim around here but I found Boston Barber on here and figured I'd give it a shot. I called and talked to Matt and asked if he could squeeze me in last minute, he said he could. Let me tell you: Matt is hella cool and he's great at what he does. He's a nice guy, very friendly, great conversation and he made me feel welcome. We talked like we've known each other for a long time. He treated my beard with respect and great attention too. My previous barber retired and I needed to find another (she'd cut my hair for almost 2 decades...). I needed to find someone relatively close, and Boston hair came up. All those 5 star reviews? Really? Uh, YEAH!As another poster said, appointments are recommended, but since I didn't know anyone at the shop I decided to stop in. On a Saturday. One guy, Robbie, was the only one who had any free time in the afternoon, so I came back before the designated time and was seated after his customer was finishing up.I told Robbie what I was used to in the way of haircuts, he made suggestions, and went to work.
