Called J Carrillo Plumbing and Jeff the owner/plumber answered and offered a free inspection after my problem description. Came the same day and even informed me of replacement warranty of the garbage disposal. After receiving the warranty replacement product in a week, came by and installed the new disposal!
We made another appointment to install bidet and stronger toilet valve! Thank you Jeff for checking the warranty and good work! Highly recommended!
Clear upfront communication. Arrives on time and very quick to investigate and fix the issue. The part I specifically appreciate is the fact that he explains the issue, what repair was performed and how to prevent the issue from re-occuring in future.
Very Strongly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with J Carrillo Plumbing and Drains. They installed my new water heater and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the entire process. The installation was clean, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. They left the work area spotless and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend J Carrillo Plumbing and Drains to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional plumbing services. I’ll definitely be using them again… read full review
