About The Roofing Friend, Inc.
The Roofing Friend, Inc. is a family-owned company with over 30 years in the industry, starting as a laborer in the 1990s. The company gained the knowledge and experience to make sure whatever projects they take on are done right. They do all types of roofing, commercial and residential, including TPO, Metal Tiles, Concrete/Clay Tiles, Torch Down, Shingles from all brands and more. Customers describe exceptional planning and outstanding attention to every aspect, with each stage completed with purpose and accuracy. One customer had a complex situation with mold in the attic, requiring carefully removing the moldy decking, wetting the boards to prevent spreading the spores, and replacing with CDX plywood. The company coordinated with the remediator, made sure no rain got in, and was accommodating when venting was updated. They installed insulation in hard to reach vaulted sections and replaced a shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof with a 50 year Galvalume material warranty and 40 year paint warranty. They were cooperative, showed up when they said they would, completed on time, and left the site very clean. They solved a roof problem efficiently at a very reasonable price.

Due to limited clearance on a canopy they even fabricated a special size panel for that portion. They also assisted me by updating my attic ventilation profile (creating new soffit vents), installing wildfire rated ember resistant fire vents, and even painting my chimney. The new roof is beautiful. Florentino and his team were exceptionally patient and responsive and promptly… read full review
Roofing Friend did a great job replacing our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. We had a complex situation as we had mold in our attic which required carefully removing the moldy decking, wetting the boards to prevent spreading the spores, and replacing with CDX plywood. They did a great job coordinating with our remediator and making sure no rain got in during work. They were also very accommodating when we had to update the intake and exhaust venting a few times, and they even installed insulation in hard to reach vaulted sections. We are extremely happy with our beautiful metal roof that has a 50 year Galvalume material warranty and 40 year paint warranty.… read full review
