“This was our first visit to this pediatric clinic with our newborn baby, and so far, we’ve had a wonderful experience.
To be completely transparent, my first impression from the outside wasn’t the best. The building looks quite old and dated, and from the exterior alone, you might question the facility. However, once you walk inside, it’s a completely different experience. The interior is clean and well maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
The doctor was especially kind, sweet, professional, and very thorough with our baby. Everything was handled on time, and we never felt rushed. The staff and doctor were precise, professional, and made us feel very comfortable as first-time parents bringing our baby in.
The only thing I could see someone judging negatively is the age and appearance of the building itself. If you can look past the exterior, everything that truly matters—the doctor, staff, cleanliness, professionalism, and quality of care—has been excellent.

“So sad that this spot is finally closing. I can't tell you how many times I've been here with my family. Growing up with 3 brothers, there were frequent visits here, so many that for a point in time I think they asked my mom if she was beating us LOL. Farewell to Kaiser Hayward, I will and won't miss you all at the same time. My last visit was kinda good and kinda bad, my appt was scheduled wrong because of the move, but the people in Radiology were so cool about it that I can't even be mad. Next appt is at the new Kaiser in San Leandro.”
