The front office, back staff, and doctors all receive praise for their exceptional care, which includes being informative and answering questions. Some parents claim that dentists "fill unnecessary teeth," but at this office, they do everything possible to avoid drilling on children's teeth, ensuring a positive experience for all.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Little Smiles of Hayward. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The front office staff made check-in seamless and stress-free, and the energy in the office is upbeat and kid-friendly.
The dentist was fantastic — patient, gentle, and great at explaining everything in a way my 6-year-old could understand. What really stood out was how comfortable they made my child feel. There was no fear, no anxiety — just smiles and confidence. That says everything.
