“We had two bedrooms and a family room carpet cleaned on 5/5/26. They were filthy. Matt said we should have the carpets done annually and that the high soil areas should be done again in the warmer summer months ahead.<br>They came out pristine, clean everywhere, even where I make a mess in the family room eating in front of the TV. I know from experience that highly soiled areas and spots can come back, but right now they are super clean.<br>He was completely done in about 1 hour. Unlike other carpet cleaners I've hired over the years there was no smell whatsoever. I don't know how long it has been since we last had them cleaned. The price was more than I recall other carpet cleaners charged, but the results were certainly worth it. You get what you pay for.”
“The stairs going from the bottom floor to the second floor was utterly disgusting. We have had taken care of my mom's 2 dogs when she was sick and then we now have our 2 dogs. All of them have used the bottom of the stairs as a toilet or place to puke. We just need to eventually get rid of the carpeting but in the meantime we hired Elmer's. The guy was very responsive on Yelp messaging, gave a quote, sent me a calendar invite. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for carpet cleaning.”
