I went here bc it's fairly close to my house and we're open for a walk in appointments, the lady was extremely nice, there's a bit of a language barrier but made it work just fine, im in love with my tattoo it's just what I wanted. The lady was extremely nice and I'm pretty sure her husband is the artist he was nice to and did what I wanted, over all there freindly and do what you ask for! The only reason why it's not a five star and I can't do 4.5 stars, is the lines aren't the perfectest, I know close line art is hard to perfect, so honestly I had a amazing experience, also they said I can come back any time for touch ups free!

My friend recommend this tattoo shop to me and I'm so glad that she did. Peter and Amy are extremely welcoming, and provide a great environment to be tattooed in. Peter's Skin Art will definitely be my new go-to tattoo shop, and is 100% worth the traffic going towards Oakland if you are coming from the Richmond area.
