I am beyond grateful for the fantastic service I received from On R Way Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. When my water heater decided to give up on a Saturday afternoon, I was starting to panic. Fortunately, my co-worker highly recommended this company, so I decided to give it a try. I called Jeff, expecting to leave a message, and waited until Monday for a response. But to my surprise, he answered the phone! As promised, Jeff and his partner, John, arrived promptly and replaced my water heater. They were friendly and professional. These guys saved the day. Bathroom was overflowing tried to snake and had no luck had to reach out to professionals and luckily Jeff and John came through to save the day. So grateful for their knowledge and communication. Not only did they give me a wealth of information, also informed us of what the city is responsible for and how this mess can affect not only my family but my pets.
