They are incredibly responsive—answering questions early in the morning, late at night, and everything in between. No matter what we asked or wanted to change, they were always so agreeable and accommodating. I honestly don’t think I ever heard them say no to a request!<br><br>One example that really stood out was when we initially planned to repair our existing pavers but then decided to replace them entirely with something new. The very next morning, JV Gardening & Landscaping was at the store right when it opened, sending us pictures of different samples and offering to bring them by for us to see in person. That level of responsiveness and customer service continued throughout the entire project.<br><br>Their crew worked incredibly hard, arriving early every morning and working until 4:30 or 5:00 each day. They also did a great job cleaning everything up at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Even with all of our requests and changes, they completed the entire project in just one week!<br><br>Our front entrance and courtyard had really taken a beating during our home renovations and had become pretty run-down. They completely brought the space back to life. It feels warm, finished, and so much more inviting now, and the transformation is incredible.<br><br>We truly couldn’t be happier with the finished project or with the experience of working with JV Gardening & Landscaping.
