Nationwide Fine Homes
“The other one
Working with Alessandra and Nationwide Fine Homes completely changed how we approached buying a home in Oakland.
There was a point where she suggested we focus on a neighborhood we hadn’t really considered. At the time, we weren’t fully convinced—but she explained the long-term potential and why it made sense, and we decided to trust her on it.
About a year later, we’ve already seen well into the six-figure range in appreciation, and it’s clear now that she saw something we didn’t.
Throughout the process, she was patient, transparent, and very intentional with every step. We never felt rushed or pushed—just guided in the right direction.
If you’re looking for someone who understands Oakland and thinks in terms of long-term value, I’d highly recommend Nationwide Fine Homes.”
