Richard's Hayward Roof Repair

We had to replace our old roof because of storm wear and the original material failing. After hearing about their strong local reputation for roofing and quality workmanship in Hayward, we decided to move forward. The crew came out promptly, gave us a clear quote, and once everything was scheduled, they showed up as promised and finished the job in less than a week. They removed the old roofing, installed new underlayment and protective barrier, and re-shingled the entire roof with care. Since the install, the roof has held up great through rainy weather with no leaks or any other problems. We definitely made the right choice for our roofing project.

A strong storm blew several shingles off the ridge of our roof. The next morning I called Malachi, and he came out around midday to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. He explained that depending on how the ridge cap shingles had been installed, there could be an opening allowing water into the house. After checking the attic, that turned out to be correct. He quickly arranged for his roofing crew to come that same evening and replace the damaged shingles. They also made sure the ridge area was sealed up properly to help prevent leaks. The new shingles match the rest of the roof so well that I cannot even tell where the repair was done.

My roof was leaking over the back room, so I called a roofing company after a recommendation. The person on the phone was very professional, and Seth was just as helpful when he came out to inspect the roof and explain the issue. It looked like an old patch job from a previous owner had been done poorly, which caused the leak to come back. Even with busy scheduling and changing weather, they got me on the calendar sooner than I expected and kept me updated through the process. The crew handled the roof repair quickly, used solid materials, and made sure everything was sealed up the right way. The price was fair, the workmanship was good, and the whole experience was smooth.… read full review
