Dan was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my lock-related questions and even provided personal advice on other general home repair questions I had. He did a great job with the lock service itself at a good price. Overall great experience!
I needed a key fob for my Mazda V and used A-1 Locksmith & Security Center. I worked with Jeremy; he was kind, professional and competent. Make sure you go to a locksmith that knows what they are doing. If A-1 can't program your key fob they will let you know (some European fobs are problematic). Be careful about purchasing a fob over the Internet (some don't work). A-1 will purchase an after-market Fob for you. Note: The Dealership wanted more that twice as much $ to purchase and program the fob compared to A1 Locksmith & Security Center. It took less than 20 minutes and I was on the road. I trust this company and highly recommend them.
My key had been broken for months and I kept putting off dealing with it. A friend recommended A1 Locksmith and I’m so glad I reached out. They texted me right away to confirm they had my info, and stayed responsive from there.
When I got to the shop, Jeremy walked me through several options instead of pushing the most expensive one. He looked at my budget and pointed me toward what actually made sense… and I walked out with a new key and a new battery the same day. No more handing valet a broken key and explaining how to work it.
Great customer service, they clearly know what they’re doing, and I understand now why my friend spoke so highly of them. Highly recommend.
