“This is a departure from your normal tattoo shop - in the best ways. Everyone there was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. We were greeted right when we walked in - and given all the info from the start. The receptionist was awesome. I think her name was Andrea (apologies if I'm wrong). Pat, our piercer, was equally as great. Helpful, patient, and clearly loved what he did. Very happy with the result. Definitely likely to come back!
