“I found this yoga studio about 2 months ago and fell in love after my first class. I was searching for a donation based studio which is what my former studio in AL switched to and Arizona Yoga Co was first on my list. I make the drive from East Mesa a few times a week and it's worth it. All the instructors are amazing and welcoming. The studio has such a awesome vibe. I've been telling everyone I know to come take a class. ?“
“I've been through so many attempts to better my fitness, my diet, and my lifestyle, none really worked too well. I started at Lifestyles about two and a half years ago with Mark and Drew and haven't looked back since! I've lost 60 pounds and I know how to train better too. In general I am more fit now than I ever was then, and I just feel so much better. To be honest half the reason I go are because of Mark and Drew, they're such professional but friendly people, it's much more fun and it makes training feel a lot less awkward. I know when I go to the gym I always feel self conscious to some degree, but there are only a few people in at a time and more important Mark and Drew really make it so much easier. I definitely DEFINITELY recommend this place!“

“If you want an excellent workout where you sweat your azz off, look no further than Hotworx!When you first do your trial workout, you have to go in during staffed hours, which is understandable. The employee was very nice, answered all my questions, and I had a great first Bands workout. After that first one, I was hooked!You can find me at Tempe hotworx at least 5 days a week. I love the fact that they are open 24/7 as I can work it into my schedule. If a location every opens closer to me, I'll probably switch to a sweat anywhere membership, but in meantime, the Tempe location is my home base. :)“

Nice views.They offer a wide range of class options including wall yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, and (my personal favorite) yin yoga.This studio is very affordable as well. I like to visit different studios around the East Valley (the MindBody app has been great for this!) and have found their rates to be some of the best.“
