I really was so impressed by this small vet office tucked away in a shopping center. A real person answered the phone, they were knowledgeable and got me in the next day. I had mats removed from my cat and they managed it all in a single visit workout sedation. They were prompt and professional, warm and friendly. Extra points for the house cat. I recommend for cat people (don’t have a dog so can’t speak to that) and will definitely be back. Reasonably priced was the icing on the cake.
Dr. Edwards and her staff have been most friendly and caring for us and our kitties for over 25 years. They will give treatments as intensive as we want (or don't want). With every treatment, she sends us a detailed explanation of it and options for further actions for our consideration. When we recently had to put our cat to sleep, Dr. Edwards was compassionate and caring.
My wife and I have taken all our beloved pets to Pecan Grove for years, they have taken care of 9 of our pets and every time they were well taken care and loved, I greatly appreciate the fact that when have to say goodbye to one of them we always get a hand written sympathy card from Dr Edwards an her staff. I highly recommend them to anyone, it’s hard nearly impossible to find the same level of care, detail, experience and love anywhere.
