His communication was excellent, and he took the time to review photos I sent via text before the appointment so he could help diagnose the issue and come up with a game plan.

What really stood out was his honesty. He initially tried to save my rear caliper rather than immediately recommending additional repairs, which showed me he was focused on doing what was best for me rather than just increasing the bill. Unfortunately, the caliper did need to be replaced, but he was completely transparent throughout the process and explained everything clearly.

The work was completed quickly, the price was very reasonable, and he was incredibly professional and reassuring over the phone and in person. It’s hard to find someone who combines honesty, skill, communication, and fair pricing the way Nate does. I’ll absolutely be using him again and recommending him to friends and family.“
