Tu From B&B Appliances Was so kind so patient and beyond knowledgeable. He was helping me figure out what was wrong with my washing machine. He took the time and educated me on how much less water was in the small unit, also how much soap to use. I felt like I was learning to wash clothes for the first time. I would highly highly recommend if you’re having any issues calling this company and requesting Tu To come troubleshoot your machine. Tu was able to check every single thing, order a new part and make sure every other aspect was working and draining correctly. My doodle also loved him! 10 out of 10.
