“I was referred to Dr. Bird and his team by a friend who I trust. And upon discussing my issues with Dr. Bird, I knew exactly why. My friend referred me to this office. Dr. Bird was professional transparent and made me feel like he was listening. Jamie a member of his team had an outstanding phone side manner as well and I felt I was in completely capable hands.
My order orders are always correct and arrive on time. I would recommend Dr. Bird‘s office to all who seek the services he offers.”

“I would highly recommend this place. I'm a little bit older and really was intimidated by weights but I know I have a good start to work with. I just don't know proper technique and what to do to get the results that I want this has been the best experience I have had working out at a gym. Rigo was the first one to contact me and he was amazing. He was encouraging. He was not pushy and then when I first got there, I was shy and I was a little intimidated, but then Ben made me immediately feel comfortable. He was very informative knowledgeable and pushed me more than I would have done on my own. I highly recommend !!!!!”

“After just 3 months I'm well on my way to achieving my goals! Working with Terry is an experience you won't soon forget. I've worked with Terry at different phases in my life, and he knows how to help you whether it's from the ground up or to achieve specific milestones. He is a wealth of information, personable, and knows how to push you with respect to any limitations or fears you may have with physical fitness. My goals were simple: regain basic strength/muscle tone, eat right, and get strong to age healthy. Terry helped me reach my first goal and prepared me to achieve my remaining two goals independently. :) Thank you!”
