“Logan, the lead installer and Wryder (aka David), additional installer , of our 5 new replacement windows did an overall great job. From start to finish of this lengthy installation, around 7 hours, they were friendly, hard working, professional and highly skilled in their workmanship. In addition, they took ample care to cover up areas of our home effected by installation related debris and properly/thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. We've utilized Renewal by Andersen before and were also pleased with the high level of customer service and professionalism with that job. Thank you Logan and Wryder (aka David) for a job well done with a great attitude under challenging, physical work conditions!!! Take care and all the best to you and your families.“

“Couldn't be happier with my new windows from start to finish. The salesman was very informative and not pushy. The installation team Cory (team leader), Quincy and Jesse were very professional, polite and knowledgeable and went over everything step-by-step during the installation process. They were very careful in my home by putting down plastic runners, keeping the work area clean, even vacuuming and sweeping when finished. Cory was especially awesome as he led the relatively new team members through the installation process by explaining the process to them in a kind, informative and respectable manner.
The price for one large and 3 smaller windows was mid-range compared to other companies and offered a better selection and options that fit my needs.
My only complaint would be the turnaround time which took longer than expected. Upon trying to contact the company I got a runaround from several people I spoke to. I finally got a call from headquarters advising me of the installation date 4 weeks later than expected.
Overall, I would highly recommend West Shore Homes for your window needs.

“Did a Pella full-home install in 2021 with this company. They are incredibly professional and highest quality without the highest price. Not cheap, but worth every penny...er, nickel now. The replaced rotten wood, built out jams, repaired stucco, painted, had every possible window option we needed or wanted. Have had two estimates since for other projects. Will is always our guy and works to get every discount and earn your business. Now they install Marvin products, which rate amazingly well and use the same install crew.“

The inspector took plenty of videos previously so she could show us what she was talking about. We felt very comfortable with Jen and with this company.“

I called for some touchup paint and Ben was very good about answering my questions and ordering the kit for me. He also communicated very well on the steps along the way.“

Beau came out for an initial consult and his expertise was greatly appreciated. Here we are years later and the door lock to a large beautiful door that spans over 12 feet stops working one phone call to sierra pacific and we have a service call scheduled a day later.

Art was the technician on site and he made quick work of the lock replacement taking the time to ensure the door opening and closing functioned along with the new lock.“
