Tom and his crew from Zona Floors did an outstanding job on our LVP and baseboard install for most of our home. They didn’t just deliver a product but an experience. Tom and his son came over to give us an estimate and had it over to me the next day. As well as being the most competitive on pricing. It is a very stressful experience to have a complete flooring makeover in your home, but Tom and his crew made it as stress free as possible. Pablo and his install crew moved all the furniture, put it back nicely and appropriately. They were very professional, prompt, and achieved the very quick turn around that I originally was skeptical about. As well as knocking it out of the park on the installation. Top tier job. Abraham the field supervisor was always accessible and on top of it as well. I greatly appreciate Zona Floors for doing what they said they would do, on time, and delivering a fantastic finished product. Not many companies can do that anymore. We will be contacting them to have them knock out some other projects soon. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. 5/5 stars!
We found Zona floors after our restoration company’s subcontracted tile team had failed to show up and listen repeatedly. We are SO GRATEFUL we parted ways with them and came to ZONA FLOORS. Tom was quick to get out and get us a quote. Abraham and the team showed up an hour early, to start the job and they didn’t stop until it was finished. They were fast, efficient and friendly, but most importantly they had quality work. We are, a huge step closer to being back home and being displaced for almost 3 months this was our biggest hurdle and because of them we got over it!
We had 3 bedrooms, master bedroom and closet all new flooring. Tom was great on time and got estimates really fast. The crew who placed the flooring was great. everyone answered all my questions. would recommend them to everyone.
