Helped me even when he couldn’t help me. Good on the phone. Knowledgeable. Should be your first and probably only call if your heater is in the garage. Unfortunately mine is not.
However his advice saved me from the clutches of the vultures. So he still saved me a couple grand.
I almost never leave reviews, but this father-and-son duo absolutely deserves the recognition.
They were personable, professional, efficient, and offered great pricing. More importantly, you can genuinely tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
If you need a water heater replaced, stop searching — you’ve found the right company. Amazing people, excellent service, and a job done right. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I sent pictures of my problem to Jim, he was very responsive and got out quickly to get me a new water heater and take away the old one. The whole process was straightforward and had transparent pricing, I didn’t even have to bother shopping around.
