I've been going to Arizona Yoga Co weekly for over a year. When I started, I hadn't done yoga in decades, and I've improved so much thanks to the great instructors (shout out to Liz!). It's a very welcoming studio, and I'm so grateful to have found it. It being donation-based is the icing on the cake!
