“I had Arizona Home Floors remove my pool deck and painted patio and remove tile from my front steps. I decided to use them versus a pool contractor because they were dustless and pool contractors said there was going to be a lot of dust in the air which could blow into neighbors yards.<br>My lead technician Rogelio and his crew showed up on time and did an outstanding job. Really, there was no dust! All the pool deck texture, paint and tile were removed down to the bare concrete. We encountered 1 small hiccup which was promptly addressed and satisfactory resolved. I would definitely use them again.”

“We had an excellent experience with Holtzman. We replaced carpets and cabinets in the living room and kitchen. We also installed new cabinets and a wine cooler while demolishing a built-in entertainment center. The bulk of the project was done in eight weeks, including two significant change requests made by us:<br><br>1. The concrete floor was cracked and very uneven. My foreman identified this issue, told us how he would repair and level it, and then spent a few days pouring a new floor and leveling it. If he didn't address this floor issue our new to be installed engineered floors would have cracked over time.<br>2. We decided to paint almost the entire place well into the project, so work was delayed while the painters did this new work.<br><br>What was great about the project:<br><br>1. The sales process was easy and reactive. Paul visited with us a number of times and helped with all of the planning.<br><br>2. We were assigned two interior designers. I worked closely with one, and she helped me pick out new appliances that had to fit into very tight places. She even told me that the appliance sales people I'd ultimately work with would try to correct me. Her recommendations were made with surgical precision, a centimeter in some cases. It was really impressive.<br><br>3. Their demolition crew was unbelievably efficient. They took this whole place apart in about nine total hours. The cleanup was impeccable.<br><br>4. The project manager engineered the entire thing. The workers knew what needed to be done, especially when he wasn't on site.<br><br>5. I met various workers and contractors. I was shocked by how good their work product was. The flooring person was excellent and extremely prescient. All of the workers really enjoyed working together, which was reflected in their work. I think this is also a reflection on how they liked working with Holtzman.<br><br>6. After the project was complete we met with a post-project coordinator afterwards, and told us what to do if we were at all unsatisfied.<br><br>7. When Holtzman contacted us with questions we provided immediate answers. There were a lot of decision points on material items, which I was happy to answer so the project stayed on course and details weren't skipped over. Every detail was addressed, and it shows.<br><br>We have more projects in the works, and we expect to be working with Holtzman.”

“We had an overall positive experience with McCurdy Construction on the remodel of our master bathroom. In our opinion, the quality of the workmanship and materials was top notch. The design phase with Kaitlyn was clear, pleasant, and insightful. The team that worked on our project - Anthony, Zach, Eric, and all of the others - were polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. We felt like they were up-front with us when issues came up and give us a clear picture of our options. They were respectful of our home, taking the time to protect the areas that they were working in. We have been very pleased with the final outcome.<br><br>Our only critiques are that communication was challenging at the beginning of the project, as we were promised an initial bid within two weeks' time. That didn't happen, and it was difficult to establish regular, reliable communication. It was also estimated when the construction phase on our project began in early January that it would be completed by the end of February, perhaps spilling into March a bit. There were long stretches were no work or minimal work occurred, and the project was completed in May. This was longer than we were anticipating and created some challenges for our family.<br><br>Overall, we were happy with the outcome and would use them again when the need or situation arises.<br><br>**2025 update: they just completed a renovation on a second full bathroom in our home. Went very smooth - they were timely, reliable, communicative and thorough. Even more so than the first bathroom. We're very happy with the outcome, and with McCurdy overall!”
