You will not find better plumbers than John and Chris. They are professional, personable, punctual, honest, expert problem solvers, hard workers and offer very fair pricing. As you can tell by the superlatives, I am very pleased with the work they did. I live on a second story condo unit, which John and Chris plumbed from scratch for a washer hookup. They encountered many challenges and overcame them with the utmost professionalism. They also included me in decisions and made sure I was informed on what they were doing. I can't say enough good things about them, you are guaranteed a positive outcome for all of your plumbing needs. Also, as John and Chris finished the project, an electrician came to the condo to begin his part of the project. The electrician was really raking me over the coals. Chris overheard the conversation, stepped in and explained what I was trying to do; the electrician then substantially lowered his price. Chris then gave me two electrician referrals, one of which I am using. I write this story to exemplify how John and Chris genuinely care about the customer and always do what is best for them. 6 stars

Hickman's replaced my old gas water heater that began leaking, and I'm grateful I called them first thing this a.m. They were able to come out to inspect and discuss the situation with me, quoted me a fair price, went to pick up the materials, returned and installed the unit by noon. It was a super efficient plumbing experience. They provided me with instruction about the importance of flushing the unit annually, how to do it myself, and said when the time comes, it I forget how to do it, give them a call and they'd coach me through it! Yay for family owned local business!
