Wowww!! Such an amazing experience, the space is so calming and relaxing and the massage was fantastic. Monique not only helped me feel way better in my body and able to continue my training for a half marathon, but she also sent me home with some exercises to do prior to our next session! Love this place and love Monique, highly recommend ✨

Monique is a true healer. For massage, she combines massage, active release technique, and stretching. She is so talented! Her reki session left me feeling in such peace with my mind and body. Her reflection session at the end helped me understand my feelings better and gave me items for personal growth. I highly recommend her!!!
