This was such a great experience. My body felt so relaxed and then I could tell exactly where my areas of pain were coming from. I’ll be back to float and continue healing my shoulder and neck.

This is my second time ever doing a float here at true rest float spa. The staff is always so welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The environment is very peaceful and clean. I definitely recommend if you’ve never done a float before to try it. Simply amazing experience.

Today was my first time floating. It was so relaxing. I didn't think I could sit still for an hour. It goes by too fast, lol. The staff was very nice and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. It was very clean inside.
