The teachers have their own unique style of teaching and are all Very knowledgeable.The owner is constantly switching things up, offering a plethora of work out options and exposing us to a variety of modalities. The classes are so fun offering every person the ability to tweek the work out to fit your level of performance. Can't say enough about this studio. They are the best of the best.
