Bo was very professional and courteous. We have dogs that are a lot to handle. He was friendly with them introduced himself to us ans he was covering for our normal representative. He explained the process of what he would go through and at the end, summarized the inspection. He also shared with us a new service Truly Nolan is offering, which is very much needed for our specific situation so appreciate him raising that to us overall fantastic experience with Bo.
