Jeff contacted me in the morning and we went over my issue, which I appreciated because it seemed as though he was interested in my problem, I like that. He arrived when he said he would and introduced himself, professional and friendly. He got started right away and we spoke a little while he worked and I could tell immediately that he knew his business and I felt at ease after dealing with other companies that seemed inexperienced. He did a great job on a problem that others probably would have not been able to do under the circumstances. I will call Cactus again if I need a plumber and I’ll ask for Jeff, he’s a good guy and he did a great job.
