Had a water heater go out along w a huge mess at my location in Sun City. was surprised to find out that Cactus actually serviced the entire valley.. they had a great plumber named Frank come out and fix our hot water problem the same day!!

I am a retired Purchasing Manager from a Fortune 100 multinational company. The service my wife and I received in our vacation rental in Phoenix was first rate in all respects. Our tech David Velazquez was punctual, extremely professional and very personable. The best HVAC service I have ever received in the United States...personally or professionally.David was proactive in all aspects of the service call and explained some of the nuances involved in the system maintenance. Kind of wished I lived here to chose this company for all home services.A great employee like this is a result of excellent management and empowerment by the company. Well done team!!!

Excellent service! When a simple drain issues turned into a huge project Shane and Brodie didn’t bail. Not only did they complete the job in one very long day, they also installed a,water filtration system! Huge thank you to them !
