This has to be the worst landscaping company we have ever had at Sun River Community Chandler AZ, the account manager Dave Jelinek does not at all know what he is doing, he is a good car salesman that is it. We have been requesting invoices for over a month Brown Management and ILM has ignored our request. The " over seeding " we were charged over $18K to complete does not look any better then when we started we should have just turned the water on and left the Bermuda. Absolute negligence to hour community, and being fired as we speak. Wasteful spending do not use them.
