Kawme was a champ. Showed up super quick to fix our emergency. Had experience with condominium buildings and quickly diagnosed our problem and saved the day. BTW, I called 5 other places (listed in order on Google) after 9pm who either didn’t answer, used an AI service that wasted time, or whose staff were not helpful and slow as molasses while water was bubbling up from my shower. Not Roto Rooter. No nonsense! Quickly took my call and dispatched a technician. Thank you!
Hi
I called Roto-Rooter to help with a water leak in one of my home's bathrooms, and I am very satisfied with the service they provided. They responded quickly the day I called and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. They removed all the water-damaged materials, cleaned and dried the area, and repaired the broken pipe. Everyone was very friendly, and I highly recommend them—they do excellent work.
5 star service from start to finish. I made the appointment online around midnight, and their inspection team was at our house 10 hours later on a Saturday morning. The website was easy to use, scheduling was simple, and the whole process was efficient.

He unplugged, cleaned, and reconnected the hose lines, electrical, and drain components, then narrowed the real issue down to something behind the wall that was causing the mold smell.
I also appreciated that Roto Rooter has the ability to handle the full problem… read full review
