Pilates Tempe was wonderful! My friend goes and recommended that I try it out when I told her that I was really interested in Reformer Pilates! I'm so happy I went!! I did a private one on one lesson first and it felt like a real lesson! (Unlike some of the more commercial Pilates businesses who have "intro classes" where you touch the machine for 10 minutes ). I loved how easy going they were and that they didn't pressure me to buy certain packages/a certain amount of classes. The workouts don't feel like workouts when I'm doing them but my body feels them the next day!
Pilates Tempe is amazing. I feel so much better after taking a class. The staff are supportive and provide good and challenging classes. It's my safe and quiet space to physically take care of myself.
I am so grateful for Pilates Tempe! They instructors are so kind, knowledgeable, and really empowering. They foster a supportive and respectful environment, creating a really incredible community and overall experience!
