“We first met Just Better Air through our home warranty company when they were assigned to repair our aging air conditioning units. From the very first visit, they were kind, prompt, thorough, and, most importantly, honest.

Our AC systems were very old, and while they were always willing to repair them, they never tried to pressure us into replacing them. Instead, they explained that each repair was essentially putting another bandage on systems that were nearing the end of their lifespan. They helped us understand what was happening, what to expect, and let us make the decision when we were ready. That honesty built a level of trust that’s hard to find.

When our units finally gave out during an Arizona summer, there was no question who we were going to call. We chose Just Better Air without even shopping around because they had already earned our confidence.

Replacing two AC units, an air handler, correcting ductwork, and installing a new thermostat is no small job, but they arrived with an incredible team and worked like a well-oiled machine. “We signed a maintenance contract with Patriot Air to inspect our HVAC twice a year. Eric Lipp was our maintenance person and he took me on a tour of both of our HVAC systems. He told me what they look for and what would be signs of problems. Luckily this time there were none.
