“Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. My family unfortunately was not financially prepared for his loss but this place made it affordable for us and even offered plans to make the financial process as easy as possible. Thank you Tim and the man who picked up my dad after his passing for just being so kind. I unfortunately do not remember that man's name but I am grateful.“

“Our Mother passed away recently and we always knew that she was to be buried next to our Father - what we learned when we contacted Josh Bell was that our Great Grandfather had purchased 16 family plots in 1929 - WOW some love and caring for future generations! the Interment went flawless but as we were leaving gravesite we all were a little surprised at her placement, but none of us questioned it at the time understandably so. We called Josh when we had placed order for her headstone - we just wanted it placed next to my Father/ told him we believed that she was in wrong place / Josh was so kind and quick to determine if that was so / he called me next day to tells us - Yes there had been a mistake made / he then assured me that they would make it right with no expense (normally about $1200) - he said he would let us know when they would do this so members of our family could be there - the day before our Mom’s Celebration of Life he called and told me it was already done much to his surprise! Again this young man had to deliver such awful news / my heart broke for him on how hard picking up the phone would be and I told him so! He called a few days later and said there would be no charge on the headstone placement as well ($250) -
We should award them a 1-2 star review for such massive mistake - not once but twice ! Forgiveness is a gift from God and our Mother taught us that - You could just hear the empathy and sympathy in his voice each awful call ! City ofTempe Josh is a keeper and we will always keep him in our prayers that he never had to make these calls again - they made it right!“
