3 Degrees Infrared Sauna Studio

I just started going to 3 Degrees three weeks ago. I have enjoyed my sessions and the staff have been great! The first day I went the staff gave me a tour of the place and explained how everything worked. I am very impressed with the customer service and how they greet you and make sure your session was good!

Highly recommend! I found 3° after researching infrared saunas and chromotherapy. The benefits are too good to pass up, if you’re a health nut or looking to prioritize your health this year, you’ll want to adapt this practice into your routine.I used the first timers week pass to take full advantage and it did not disappoint. The facility has 9 private booths and inside each booth is a private sauna with a chromotherapy light panel inside. Each sauna has customizable temperatures with a recommended session time of 40 minutes. 3 Degrees Sioux Falls at the Bridges location was very clean and the staff there was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there 3 times so far and I will be signing up for a membership with my wife. You get a nice work out before you enter the 158 degree sauna for 40 mins. This is going to help me lose weight and get in shape faster than going to the gym. I look forward to my next visit there! I recommend this to anyone who wants to become healthier in so many ways.
