Lina was so kind and professional as she explained that she works strictly by appointment only and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the entire booking process with such care. Once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with beautifully clear instructions on how everything worked. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk.
