The store in Sioux Falls looks wonderful and inviting. While visiting the store to look at carpet and tile for a remodel job, David, the Service Manager, was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. I would recommend this store for all your flooring needs 100%.

Loved my experience with Carpet One. Ambriana humored my ocd letting me take samples home bring back and take different samples. She pushed me out of my comfort zone with better quality and i am glad she did. The higher quality is worth every penny. The whole staff made me feel welcome making me laugh and enjoy myself as i came to a decision. Once decision was made and order in, Joe and Mario did an awsome job installing. Loved their work and professionalism. I will be back for phase 2 they give great advice.Thanks Carpet One staff.

John at Carpet One is one of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with in construction! He is such a delightful person and very accommodating. We were in a bind and he helped us out last minute as the carpet we ordered from another store that our builder had set up fell through and John stepped up! We were extremely grateful for his willingness to help us out. The install and product was wonderful, they were extremely efficient and we are very pleased with the outcome!
