“From the call to the repair being done ,the staff is very kind and professional. We had a leak under the kitchen sink in an 130 year old house, so that can be scary ( can of worms feelings ) he explained to me how leak can occur over time with the type of material (copper) they used a hundred years ago. That it can become problematic over time, which is understandable, nothing lasts forever. But he was honest, gave me sound advice and fixed it fast and efficiently. He also upgraded some plumbing material that had been installed by someone else that was not up to code. He was pleasant and fun to have around for the afternoon. It looked so good when he was done and his fix opened up more storage space under the sink for supplies. The bill came and it was way, way less than anticipated. Thank you guys so much, now I always know who to call for plumbing problems in this old house! I’m impressed!“
