It's about time I follow up with my experiences at the Kappenman Dental Clinic. It was a very positive experience with all three appointments, especially with the third where Tami performed a difficult drilling and filling procedure on a less than ideal tooth. The procedure was near painless, about the best i can remember. I have complete confidence in any future work that may be necessary.

I hate getting cavities done - kind of whimp when it comes to it. Will and his assistant did a great job. His personality and talking me through what he was doing kept me calm and made time go faster. Was in the chair and out in about 40 mins.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work done at Kappenman Dental Clinic. Dr. WIll is so patient and kind. He always explains every step of the process and asks how I feel. My hygienist Amethyst is the best one. She cleans my teeth very gently and carefully. Rhonda, the office assistant, is so friendly and professional. She explained to me how to use best the insurance benefits, and called me several times to let me know when they had openings to reschedule my cleaning appointment.All staff at Kappenman are friendly and professional! I will recommend them a 100%.
