Ruth Ann with The Living Door is so easy to work with, I have worked with her twice now on new home builds and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. We used The Living Door along with our realtor (Casey Hatch) to find a home to purchase and that could be remodeled. As a part of purchase process, Ruth Ann created the vision for the remodel prior to the purchase of a 20 year old house in an established neighborhood. After the purchase, she lead the effort on designing the plan, hiring a great general contractor (REM), providing options for interior finishes and managing the entire process.
