Switched from a different dental provider for insurance reasons. I’ll admit I was kind of skeptical beings I was at my old dentist for years. Falls has completely exceeded my expectations and eased my doubts. The office is very clean. Every encounter has been positive with friendly professionals who truly care about my dental concerns. Most recently, after striking out wanting to get in quickly with Orthodontics to fix a misplaced retainer (that was causing issues) the providers at Falls, as my dentist, squeezed me in and took care of the issue for me. Very pleasant and welcome place for your dental experience. The welcoming staff at the front office greet you by name and with a big smile. Can’t say enough about the positive/experienced dental hygienists who spend quality time with you making sure you are comfortable while they perform their duties.

I've been coming to Dr Smallcomb for close to twenty years now. I keep coming back because the staff are always friendly and professional. They ALL keep both my care AND my budget in mind and offer all options with both the up and down sides of each. I couldn't be more satisfied !!!
