What I liked the most was that my treatment was not just focused on proper alignment but I was taught stretches to target problem areas. I was sent videos to properly show me how to do stretches and exercises to target my problem areas.

I had a great experience with Dr. Stolp. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to help his patients. He adjusted my entire back and also decompressed my lower back, which provided immediate relief. In addition, he taught me a simple lower back stretch that I'll be incorporating into my daily routine to maximize my results. He also performed muscle scraping on my mid-back, which significantly reduced the muscle tightness and helped a lot. His prices are super affordable, making high-quality care accessible.
