After being with our previous vet for over 20 years, switching to a new veterinary hospital was a big decision for us. We are so incredibly happy we chose this place! Everyone was kind, caring, and genuinely compassionate toward our German Shepherd Dana. You can truly tell they care about the animals and their experience, not just their medical care. Everything worked out perfectly, and our girl had such a positive experience. We couldn't be happier and are so grateful to have found our new veterinary home! ❤🐾
I had a fantastic experience with Heather Ridge Pet Hospital. I brought my dog in for a minor surgery and vaccinations, and the entire staff was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, and they did a great job keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable with everything being done.
Most importantly, they took excellent care of my dog. It is obvious that the staff truly cares about the animals they treat. I could not have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Heather Ridge Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a great veterinary team in Sioux Falls. Easily 5 stars.
Everyone was super nice, very respectful, and answered all the questions that I had. They were very gentle with my animal as they’ve never had their nails cut and they did perfect through it. Would recommend to everyone I know!
