“I called on September 19th to request an install on a new graphics card. They were busy, so I tried to be patient. I called again a week or two later. they said that they were still busy, but assured me that they would work on getting to me. On the 19th it will have been 2 months with no contact.

I called after the owner left a review, and they came out to help with the service very promptly. I really appreciated the follow up! Elijah was very friendly, and professional, he did great work!“

DTravis said to leave it on a Thursday afternoon. Travis called on Monday morning and said they were done. They saved everything and transfered to a new drive. Thanks Craig and Travis, my first stop with be you.“
