I contacted the office to see if they sold a specific brand ear cleaner for my dog. I checked several other local pet stores and no one sold that specific brand. They made it available to me and I was able to pick it up same day. I was very appreciative of them taking care of their clients.

Hardly rate anything, but have to give credit where credit is due. The staff here is always kind and friendly, and Dr. Byl is SO knowledgeable. She treats your pets with respect, and always explains everything as to what she’s doing for your pet and why it is. My dog absolutely loves it here, and I can’t sing enough praises about how nice and easy it is to be able to patronize this veterinary clinic.

Faithful Friends has been great for our furry friends! Our 3 cats and 1 dog always get great care when we come here. And when my one dog passed away earlier this year, Faithful Friends sent us a card. It was really nice of them. This will remain our choice of vet clinic during our time here in Sioux Falls.
