Eco Fresh utilizes product and process that is not harmful to the environment and your carpets. The product cleans, deodorizes and protects whereas other vendors charge extra for latter two services. The process entails a large orbital machine with use of several cleaning pads. Drying time was about 1-2 hours with ceiling fan use. There is no use of water which can saturate your carpet and occasionally cause mold spores.
