We had a valve failure on our main water line late in the day, just a few minutes before closing. I called and spoke with Amanda, who immediately dispatched Eric to come take care of the issue. She also proactively called the city because she knew the water would need to be shut off at the street.
When Eric arrived, it was clear this wasn’t going to be an easy fix. Our water softener had been installed directly in front of the main line, and I fully expected we would be without water until everything could be moved to gain access and replace the valve.
