“We live in the Royal Oak Property in Sioux Falls. Yesterday Maintenance came to our apartment to address an issue with our dishwasher. Trent fixed it temporarily and left us a detailed note about what we had to do( let it dry for 24 hrs) and that new replacement racks were ordered from the manufacturer.
He is terrific!”
“Called them in the morning as we were attempting to cut an egress opening and didn’t have a big enough saw. They were onsite within 90 minutes. Cody was awesome! He did a quick and accurate cut in not great conditions. Super nice guy and always had a smile on his face. Would definitely call them again!”
“Super happy with our egress window they put in. They are timely and polite. The work side was contained and clean inside. Communication through the process was fantastic also.”
